LNG STELLAR
VESSEL DaD – MAJOR PIPING RENEWAL WORKS
Aquarius have recently completed the vessel dry dock various pipe renewal works on the LNG STELLAR.
The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce to carry out the following package:
- Renewal of Engine room sea water ballast and sewage line system carbon steel pipe up to DN 700mm including valves.
- Renewal of Boiler blow down system & Fire pump suction system carbon steel pipes up to DN 200mm sch XXS.
- Renewal of Duct keel ballast stripping line GRP pipe up to DN 650mm including valves & branch pipe.
We deployed our Technical team for entire DD period and successfully carried out the work and completed in 60 days without delay. As part of AQUARIUS value offering of not just delivering of the components but of committing for a turn-key solutions.

NEWBUILDING OF RIG SOMNATH V-351
NEW INSTALLATION OF ACCOMMODATION PIPELINES
AQUARIUS have completed the new installation of various accommodation pipelines system on the NEWBUILDING OF RIG SOMNATH V-351.
The scope consisted provision of experienced & skillful workforce, equipment, pipe materials and consumables to carry out the following package:
- New fabrication & installation of various accom. pipelines such as Hot & Cold water (Copper), Black water (CPVC), Grey water (CPVC) and Fireline system (CS – Galv).
- Upon completion, carried out NDT 25% welding joints, hydrostatic test with higher inspection criteria as per client requirement.
We deployed our qualified fabricator team during newbuilding project period and successfully completed in 60 days without delay. As part of AQUARIUS value offering of not just delivering of the components but of committing for a turn-key solutions.
In essence, AQUARIUS has delivered feasibility, fabrication, project management, local authority formalities logistic, installation, supervision and commissioning services.
